UK Shipping

We offer reliable UK-wide delivery using Royal Mail

  • Tracking: Provided on all orders upon dispatch

Orders placed before a specified cut-off time may qualify for same-day dispatch, subject to stock availability.

International Shipping

Delays, Lost or Damaged Orders

While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to external factors such as courier disruptions, weather conditions, customs processing, or periods of high demand. Orders sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 are subject to Royal Mail’s next working day delivery aim. However, this is not a guaranteed next-day service, and delivery times may occasionally take longer.

If your order is delayed, please allow sufficient time for the carrier to complete delivery before contacting us. In line with Royal Mail guidance, items sent using Royal Mail Tracked services will not be considered lost until 7 working days after the expected delivery date have passed.

In the case of lost or damaged items, we will investigate the matter with the carrier and may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
